BLOG TOUR AND GIVEAWAY ~ A Millionaire Affair by Jessica Lemmon

About THE MILLIONAIRE AFFAIR:
Millionaire ad executive Landon Downey has a policy: no romantic relationships allowed. So when he's saddled with his six-year-old nephew for a week, he doesn't think twice about asking a female friend to act as live-in nanny. What he doesn't expect is the palpable attraction to the woman he hasn't seen in sixteen years. And not only does she like him back, she suggests they work their way down a list of extracurricular activities in the bedroom. How can he resist? Kimber Reynolds knows what she's doing. Sort of. Tired of every failed attempt to turn her past relationships into her own happily-ever-afters, she's determined to prove once and for all that she can love em and leave  em with the best of them. All she has to do is keep her heart out of the agreement she's made with the man she's crushed on for a decade and a half. No problem. Their string-free arrangement turns downright stringy when Landon starts to feel more for the redhead than good old fashioned lust, and Kimber has a scare involving a plastic stick and one-or-more blue lines. With the pressure mounting and their hearts involved, will these two be able to keep their original promise and walk away from one another?

About Jessica Lemmon:
Jessica Lemmon has always been a dreamer. At some point, she decided head-in-the-clouds thinking was childish, went out, and got herself a job . . . and then she got another one because that one was lousy. And when that one stopped being fulfilling, she went out and got another . . . and another. Soon it became apparent she'd only be truly happy doing what she loved. And since "eating potato chips" isn't a viable career, she opted to become a writer. With fire in her heart, she dusted off a book she'd started years prior, finished it, and submitted it. It may have been the worst book ever, but it didn't stop her from writing another one. Now she has several books finished, several more started, and even more marinating in her brain (which currently resides in the clouds, thankyouverymuch), and she couldn't be happier. She firmly believes God gifts us with talents for a purpose, and with His help, you can create the life you want. (While eating potato chips.)

She shifted in her seat, her shoulders going back, her chin lifting in defiance. Her nipples pressed against the beaded owl on the shirt she wore, a distracting view, but he forced his eyes back to her face. Eyes that flared with bottle-green anger. Redhead. He’d never dated a redhead before. Maybe the lore was true and she was every bit the hothead she appeared to be right now.
“Just because I follow my heart,” she said adamantly, her face a confusion of strength and hurt. “Just because I’m transparent and not in control of my every body movement”—she gestured with her hands, sending her small breasts sliding against the shirt and turning him on even more—“doesn’t mean I’m a doe-eyed innocent. I know what I’m doing. I think I can handle kissing you without losing all essence of who I am.” She leaned in and clutched the tie around his neck. “I am an independent, intelligent woman who does not need to be saved from anyone. Least of all you.”
She was a woman all right. A seething, beautiful woman who was very close to him and smelling like the cucumber body wash stocked in her bathroom. He knew. He’d grown accustomed to the warm, sweet scent that eked its way into the hall every morning after her shower.
“I wasn’t being insulting,” he said, hiding his amusement.
“Yes you were,” she challenged, tugging him closer. He went, the tension pulling the tie against the back of his neck, unable to keep from admiring how beautiful she was, even this close. Natural, naked skin, full lips… “But I forgive you.”
The side of his mouth ticked. He was going to kiss her again. But he’d give her a chance to make the first move. She did, fisting his tie even tighter and laying her lips onto his, but she didn’t stop there. She swung her leg over his lap and settled on top of him. She sat right over his manhood, heat emanating from her core and through his slacks.
He didn’t usually find himself turned on by being put in his place. Was rarely ever put in his place, come to think of it. He would concede he’d given Kimber less credit than she deserved. Either she knew what she wanted, or had opted to take the upper hand when she found herself at a disadvantage. He respected both tactics.
She deepened the kiss, running her hands through his hair and clutching his head. His hands went to her butt, cupping and kneading the soft globes in his palms, stopping short of grinding her against him and relieving the painful ache pounding his balls like a pair of bongos.
She stroked his tongue with hers, completely in control of this kiss and knowing where to take him. He fought to keep pace, to figure out what she might do next, to catch the curveballs she was throwing. God, it was exciting. Amazing. The not-knowing…who knew that could be so enthralling?
Then she stopped. Abruptly. Just turned off like a switch, climbed off his lap, reclaimed her wine, and settled onto the cushion she’d been lounging on when he’d first walked out here.
He licked the side of his mouth, still tasting her there, his hands at his sides, chest heaving, hair probably a mess from her roaming fingers.
She wouldn’t look at him, a study in casualness except for the one hand forced into a fist at her side. Trying to keep herself from fidgeting, no doubt. She was the sexiest thing he’d ever seen. And she’d more than proved her point. If he wanted a partner to spar with, in bed or out, she was a worthy opponent not some delicate flower he had to handle with care.
Giving in and moving the hand she’d forcibly stilled, she pushed her hair over her shoulder and studied the skyline. The moon was an unimpressive half, not the fancy crescent or mournful full. His chin was elevated when she spoke next, her words stunning him so much, he snapped his head to face her.
“Hope no one saw that and is uploading it to YouTube.” She blinked as if she’d stunned herself, too. “I’m so sorry. That was…wow. Rude. I’m sorry.”

LAUNCH DAY BLITZ ~ Undeniable by Shannon Richard

About UNDENIABLE:
Grace King knows two things for certain: she loves working at her grandmother's café and she loves the hunky town sheriff. She always has. As she bakes him sweet treats, Grace fantasizes about helping him work up an appetite all night long. But whenever she thinks she's finally getting somewhere, he whips out some excuse to escape. Growing up, he never looked twice at her. Now Grace won't rest until she has Jax's undivided attention. Jaxson Anderson can't deny that his best friend's kid sister is the sexiest woman in Mirabelle, Florida. Unwilling to burden Grace with his painful past, Jax keeps the sassy blonde at arm's length. Yet one heated kiss crumbles all of his carefully built defenses. But when a town secret surfaces, threatening to destroy everything they have believed in, can the man who defended Grace from bullies as a child protect her now?

About Shannon Richard:
Shannon Richard grew up in the Panhandle of Florida as the baby sister of two overly protective, but loving brothers. She was raised by a somewhat eccentric mother who showed her how to get lost in a book, and a father who passed on his love for coffee and really loud music. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's in English Literature, and lives in Tallahassee. She's still waiting for her Southern, scruffy, Mr. Darcy and in the meantime writes love stories to indulge her overactive imagination.

Grace threw the bag down onto the counter and looked up at him. “Are you honestly going to stand there and tell me that this clueless persona you have going on is the real deal? Are you honestly going to tell me that you have no idea?”
“No idea about what?”
“You want to know why I got upset last night?” Grace asked, marching over to him. “Why it infuriates me that you treat me like a little sister?” she shouted, shoving his chest hard. He was surprised by it and he fell a step backward. “I don’t have sisterly feelings for you, Jaxson; I don’t and I never will. But you’re too blind and stubborn to see what’s standing right in front of you!”
It was then Jax did the most impulsive thing he’d ever done in his life. He knew exactly where the impulse came from; he’d had the desire for years. He just wasn’t sure how the overwhelming need overran all of his sense. He grabbed Grace before he even realized what he was doing. He gripped her elbows and brought her body flush up against his. His mouth came down hard on hers. She inhaled, startled, and Jax took full advantage of the tiny opening of her mouth, dipping his tongue in and finding hers.
Holy shit.
Never in his life had Jax kissed a girl and felt like his whole body was on fire, burning from the inside out. This was incredible, like nothing he’d ever known. She was warm, and sweet, and soft. How could the inside of someone’s mouth feel this way? Taste this good?
Grace sighed in pleasure as her body relaxed against his. Her arms wound around his neck. He wrapped his hands around her waist as he walked her backward. When her back hit the counter he put his hands on her bottom and pulled her up to sit on top of it, their mouths never breaking.
Holy shit, his hands were on Grace’s ass. Her perfect, incredible ass.
Her shoes hit the floor a second before she pulled her legs around him, her bare feet running up the back of his thighs. Her hands were on his chest, as one of his pulled out the tie in her hair so that he could run his fingers through it. She grabbed on to his side, and her hands slid around and lowered until they were on his butt. She squeezed and he thought he was going to go off, right then and there.
He pulled away from her mouth, letting his lips travel down the slope of her neck. How many times had he fantasized about this? About feeling her soft skin underneath his lips? God he loved her neck, the soft delicate space at the hollow of her throat.
“Jax.” She said his name with so much need that he abandoned his exploration of her neck.
He palmed the back of her head in one of his hands as he slanted his mouth over hers. Grace moaned when their tongues found each other again. The sound of it rumbled in Jax’s chest and settled low in his abdomen.
Jax wasn’t sure how long they stayed like that, wrapped around each other in more ways than one, before a crackling noise filled the kitchen. Mary Landers’s voice squawked through the speaker attached to Jax’s shirt.
“Seventeen, what’s your location?”
Jax pulled back from Grace, both of them breathing hard. Grace’s hair was everywhere, courtesy of his hands. She opened her eyes slowly, as if she was delaying coming back to reality, but Jax slammed into it hard.
What the hell had he just done?
*****
Grace was having an out of body experience. Or at least that was what it felt like.
Jax had kissed her.
God, his mouth had been on hers, his hands everywhere, her hands everywhere. Grace’s hands had been on Jaxson Anderson’s ass. And it was just as spectacular as she’d imagined.
But as Grace brought herself back down to earth, she registered the look on Jax’s face and her eyes snapped open as everything inside of her crashed.
He did not look happy.
“Jax?” Grace asked, searching his face for something, anything besides the regret that shone plan as day in his eyes.
He didn’t answer, just disentangled himself from her as he took a step back. There was no warmth in his eyes as he pushed the button on the microphone on his shoulder. “Seventeen, on Sandy Beach Drive.”
“Seventeen, shoplifter at Forty-Nine Brooks Avenue. Deputy needed on location.”
“Ten-four.”
“Jax,” Grace said, sliding off the counter and taking a step toward him.
“I have to go,” he said, taking another step back from her.
“You’re not even going to say anything about what just happened?” she asked, trying to keep calm.
His mouth tightened before he shook his head. “It was a mistake. It shouldn’t have happened.”
Grace inhaled sharply, pulling back from him like he’d just hit her. And really he had, because those words were a slap in the face.
I’m not going to cry. Not in front of him.
So Grace did the only thing she could do, she walked away from him.
She stepped around him and pushed through the door out into the café. She closed her eyes as she leaned against the wall and tried to breathe past the tightness in her chest.
It was a mistake.
She reached up and grabbed her throat. The wall behind Grace shuddered slightly as the side door in the kitchen closed. He was gone and he didn’t want her. She slid down the wall and pressed her face into her bent knees.
It shouldn’t have happened.
God it hurt. It hurt so damn much.
Grace gave up trying to fight it and let the pain wash through her. She wasn’t sure how long she sat on the floor hugging her bent knees. She kept reliving what had happened in the kitchen.
He’d grabbed her. He’d kissed her. Not the other way around. But he’d also decided that it had been a mistake.
Grace was done. She was done waiting for a man who didn’t want her. She was done living with this constant ache. She refused to let him break her. She wasn’t going to let that man affect her anymore.
Grace wiped the remaining tears from under her eyes and pulled herself up onto her feet. She took a deep breath before she pushed through the door and walked back into the kitchen. Jax’s cup of coffee was still sitting on the counter, so was his bag of scones. Grace stared at them for a second before she grabbed both of them. She threw them into the trash can with so much force that the coffee exploded up and around the sides.
Okay, starting now she wasn’t going to let him affect her anymore.

LAUNCH DAY BLITZ ~ Delicious (Big Pie Sky #2) by Adrianne Lee

About DELICOUS:
Workaholic Nick Taziano is the proud owner of a successful marketing company in Montana. But his career takes a backseat when he learns his dad plans to remarry his ex. Nick fears she'll break his heart . . . again. And he doesn't like being reunited with her obnoxious daughter-until the all-grown-up beauty kisses him at the engagement party. The kiss might be a mistake, but once he tastes Jane's lips, nothing-not even her famous blueberry pie-compares. A promising chef at Big Sky Pie, Jane Wilson never, ever wanted to see Nick Taziano again, but he's just been hired to do the pie shop's marketing. How's a girl supposed to bake the best pastries in town when he's a constant reminder of their steamy chemistry? His chocolate eyes and sexy dimples heat up the kitchen-and every part of her body. Jane has no room for a man in her life, yet sometimes the most delicious dishes don't follow the recipe . . .

Delicious (Big Sky Pie #2) by Adrianne Lee is the second foodie book in Big Sky Pie series, and this book was just as tasty as the first one. This story is just like Sweet Blueberry Pie, melt in your mouth sweetness with a pinch of the light heartedness. I love how we got to revisit the characters from book 1, got to meet new characters as well, and get a HUGE helping of HEA in the process.

Jane Wilson was hired to be the new pastery chef at Big Sky Pie. This is really her dream job and a stepping stone for her to realize her dreams of moving to Paris, working with some of the finest pastey chefs in the business, and eventually, opening her own shop. Just when things seem to be working out for Jane, her wedding obsessed mother, Rebel shows up with the big announcement that she is re-marrying one of her ex-husbands, Romeo. With memories of her time with Romeo and his son Nick "The Devil" Taziano, Jane will stop at nothing to convince her mom that this is a big mistake. But when Jane finds herself in a hot liplock with the devil himself, and realizes that the two of them will need to work togethter on a ad campaign for Big Sky Pie, she is beginning to wonder if she has bitten off more than she can chew.

Nick Taziano is a workaholic. He doesn't have time for a serious relationship. When is dad calls telling him that he is about to get re-married to Rebel, all Nick can think about is how Rebel broke his heart, and how Nick had to put up with is stepsister, Jane the Pain. But what do you know, the Pain has blossomed into a beautiful swan and one look, one kiss, one touch does not seem to be enough for Nick. Knowing that he should keep is distance, knowing that the two of them are on different paths in life, personally and professionally, doesn't seem to register with Nick. Nick and Jane will need to make a choice, give into the feelings that they are both feeling, or run for the hills. But sometimes, when things are too tempting, you just need to go back for more.

What I loved about Nick and Jane is that when they first met, after all of these years, they really had no idea who the other one was, but the connection, the white hot sparks of interest were there. They fought it of course, but like any good book, they keep being pulled together. Like to magnets they dance around the issue, they come together, and push appart, but in the end, they keep coming back for a second helping. I loved the humor of this story. Some of the situations that Nick and Jane find themselves in are laugh out loud funny. I love that we get to revisit the characters from book 1, and that the series is tied together so well. If you are looking for a wonderful summer read, pick up Delicious by Adrianne Lee it will make you hungry for more. I loved this story so much I gave it 5 mouth-watering stars.

Andrea hadn’t really asked for more whipped cream, but Jane figured she’d better bring some with her just in case BiBi was still in the kitchen when she returned. Although she hoped her assistant would be gone by then. The chill air brushed her bare arms as she stepped deep into the room and started walking to the Sub-Zero. A creak sounded behind her. She spun to see the door closing.
Jane swore. The music and crowd noise was barely discernible thanks to triple insulated walls, but it was too cold to be in here for more than a couple of minutes in a sleeveless sundress, apron, and sandals. She grabbed a container of Reddi-wip from the Sub-Zero and hurried to the door. The knob wouldn’t turn. She tried again. It was locked. Was this a joke? Recalling BiBi’s mean girl comment, she decided it might not be. She banged on the door. “This isn’t funny, BiBi. Let me out! BiBi!”
BiBi didn’t answer. And Jane realized that no one would hear her over the music and voices or through the soundproof walls. It wasn’t so cold she would freeze to death. It wasn’t so airtight she’d lose oxygen, but she was stuck here until someone realized she was missing or came looking for her. She gave the door a couple of good whacks, then hugged herself against the cold as a tear rolled down her cheek.
She turned back toward the room and saw the Devil standing there, looking as annoyed as she felt. Her heart almost stopped. “Why didn’t you tell me you were here?”
“I didn’t want to startle you.”
“Too late.” Her heart was thudding beneath her hand pressed to her chest.
He seemed to notice the tears on her cheeks. He set his camera equipment on a shelf and started toward her. “Ah, don’t cry, Pain. I won’t let anything happen to you.”
“Did you lock this door?”
“Me? Hell no. I was near the back wall photographing some fresh strawberry and cherry flats for the blog.”
“Swear on your father’s life?”
He looked as though her request was ludicrous. “Seriously, why would I lock us in here? Oh my God, you’re shivering.” Nick tugged off his white dress shirt and draped it over her bare shoulders.
His body heat lingered in the shirt, along with his citrusy scent. Jane hugged the shirt to her, her gaze fixed on his bare chest. She shivered. Nick seemed to mistake it for the cold. She let him reach for her, pull her into his arms, and dry her tears. The yearning she couldn’t deny filled her so full that she thought she’d explode.
“Oh, God, Jane, don’t look at me like that…please…or I won’t be responsible—” He swallowed hard and tried to release her, but her mouth found its way to his…
“Is like knowing what pie is-a your favorite, Nicola. The taste, she lingers on-a your tongue long after the last little bite is-a gone, and you can no wait until you have-a some more. Then-a you know. Is the one.”
And Jane was the taste he’d longed for, the one he couldn’t get over. His heart’s favorite flavor. His body knew the second her lips met his, the kiss speaking to some primal part of his being, telling him that this was the woman. His woman. His mate.
Music seemed to surround them, not the country beat the DJ was playing, but violins and harps, a love song as enchanting as the ages. Nick felt swept up in it. Desire flared through him, a wildfire, sizzling his blood, burning every thought that wasn’t Jane from his mind. He swept her to him, his arms filled with her wonderful curves, his body instantly hard and thrumming, his breath coming quick and sharp, like his heartbeat.
He reached into her hair, and soon, loosened pins fell through his fingers, the French braid unknotted, and Jane’s satin curls bounced free, smelling like lilacs after a spring rain. The chill in the room stole across his naked back like a cool breeze, and Nick pulled Jane closer, fearing that she might be too cold still, but everywhere he touched felt toasty, inviting him to touch more.
He couldn’t resist. His hand slid beneath her filmy dress and up her sleek legs to snag on a flimsy bit of silkiness, his fingers moving it aside to find the nest of dense, damp curls, finding the center of her passion. She reacted with a soft, sweet squeal…his name on her lips spiking his need higher, her hands on his back erasing all memory of chilly air. He deepened their kiss, pleasuring her again, finding his enjoyment linked with hers. The greater her bliss, the greater his.
